Refund Terms
Modalities for the restitution of the AGM INVEST fixed security deposit.
1. Fixed Security Deposit
This deposit is not a fee. It must come from the same bank account (RIB) as the one provided during your request.
It is fully refunded at the same time as the credit transfer.
2. Restitution
The restitution of the security deposit occurs in accordance with the conditions provided in the contract signed between AGM INVEST and the client.
3. Cases of Non-Restitution
The security deposit may not be refunded in case of:
- Voluntary abandonment of the file by the client
- False declaration
- Non-compliance with contractual commitments
4. Deadlines
Refund deadlines are indicated in the contract and may vary according to the nature of the file and the partners involved.
5. Disputes
In case of dispute, French law applies.
